You have up until 24 hours before your appointment time to cancel/reschedule, any appointments cancelled/rescheduled after the 24 hour mark will require a $25 fee to be payed in order to be able to book again. Ex: You have an appointment on Tuesday at 2pm, you need to cancel/reschedule by 2pm on Monday. After 2pm it is past the 24 hour mark. You have up to 10 minutes after your appointment time to get here. If you are not here by then your appointment will be cancelled and a $25 fee will be required before being able to book again. No shows/4+ cancellations will be banned from booking. If by any reason have to cancel/reschedule I will make sure to reschedule as soon as possible as well as offering a discount.
